Hoopers case manager Marc McCardie appears in June's edition of the CILeX Journal, talking in a probate feature concerning complex estate administration.
Speaking to reporter Nicola Laver, Marc was asked to comment on the main challenges facing the legal practitioner in administering an estate: "The biggest issue we face is a lack of clear understanding of the laws of intestacy, and the problems this can cause later down the line in the administration of estates."
He then goes on to outline Hoopers approach in helping their business partners avoid these potential problems: "it's a case of keeping a close working relationship with our partners and clients in the legal profession, using our mutual experience and knowledge to overcome the pitfalls of administration".
